针对我国西部地区农村的文化信息发展相对落后这一现状,提出充分利用高校图书馆、科研院所图书馆等丰富的资源优势,建立基于高校图书馆和科研院所图书馆参与的漂流图书馆农村信息服务模式;并以结构方程为模型,对信息服务模式建立的需求因素进行初步探讨。在此基础上,提出漂流图书馆信息服务模式的构建和该服务模式的特点,以期能丰富西部地区农村文化信息资源共享工程建设,提高西部文化信息共建共享水平。
Aiming at the current situation that the development of cultural information in rural areas in western China is relatively backward, this paper proposes to make full use of the rich resources of libraries in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and libraries and to establish a drifting library based on the participation of libraries of universities and research institutes in rural areas Information service model; and structural equation as a model, the information service model to establish the demand factors for a preliminary discussion. On this basis, it raises the construction of drifting library information service model and the characteristics of the service mode, with a view to enriching the construction of rural cultural information resources sharing in the western region and enhancing the co-construction and sharing of cultural information in western regions.
