早晨起床时,血液已呈浓缩状态,此时如饮一定量的白开水,便可很快使血液得到稀释,而纠正夜间的高渗性脱水。喝盐水则反而会加重渗性脱水,令人加倍口渴;何况,早晨是人的第一高峰,喝盐水会使血压更高,这对血压高的老年人来说如同雪上加霜。正确的方法是,早上起床后喝一杯温开水,这样做不但有利于养生益寿,更可预防脑中风。
