目的了解辽宁省大连市1981—2013年居民心脑血管病死亡趋势,为制定预防控制策略和措施提供科学依据。方法收集大连市1981—2013年居民心脑血管病死因监测数据,采用死亡数、粗死亡率、标化死亡率、死因构成比、年度变化百分比(APC)等指标对脑血管病死亡趋势进行统计学描述。结果 1981—2013年大连市居民脑血管病粗死亡率为92.85/10万~131.30/10万,随年份增长呈上升趋势(χ2趋势=368.87,P<0.01),APC为1.92(t=5.80,P<0.01);标化死亡率为49.25/10万~151.19/10万,随年份增长呈下降趋势(χ2趋势=367.60,P<0.01),APC为-3.82(t=-15.96,P<0.01);脑血管病占总死亡的构成比为15.08%~22.37%,2002年以后一直为大连市居民的第3位死因;1981—2013年男、女性居民脑血管病粗死亡率和标化死亡率分别为100.88/10万~143.22/10万和54.59/10万~148.65/10万、82.66/10万~120.89/10万和43.56/10万~156.24/10万,男性标化死亡率及女性粗死亡率和标化死亡率均随年份增长呈下降趋势(均P<0.01);0~14岁居民脑血管病死亡率几乎为零,≥15岁居民死亡率随年龄增高呈上升趋势,≥50岁各年龄组居民脑血管病死亡率均随年份增长呈下降趋势。结论脑血管疾病是大连市居民的主要死因之一,严重危害中老年人群的健康生命,应加强脑血管病的预防与控制,提高居民健康生命质量。
Objective To understand the death trends of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases among residents from 1981 to 2013 in Dalian, Liaoning Province, and to provide scientific evidence for the development of prevention and control strategies and measures. Methods The data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases monitoring in Dalian were collected from 1981 to 2013 in Dalian. Statistics were made on mortality trends of cerebrovascular diseases using death rate, crude mortality rate, standardized mortality rate, constituent ratio of death causes, annual change percentage (APC) Learn to describe. Results The crude death rate of cerebrovascular disease was 92.85 / lakh to 131.30 / lakh in Dalian from 1981 to 2013, showing an upward trend with age (χ2 trend = 368.87, P <0.01) and APC was 1.92 (t = 5.80, P <0.01). It is necessary to strengthen prevention and control of cerebrovascular diseases and improve their health and quality of life.
