碳纤维增强复合材料层压板压制时紧贴着脱模布、涂有脱模剂的金属板和硅橡胶片。层压板表面的化学成分用x射线光电子分光镜进行了检测。所得结果表明,各种研磨处理对表面污染程度及用各种胶粘剂胶接的单搭接接头的强度和破坏形式均有影响。
The carbon fiber reinforced composite laminate is pressed against a release cloth, a metal plate coated with a release agent, and a silicone rubber sheet. The chemical composition of the laminate surface was examined by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results obtained show that various grinding treatments have an effect on the degree of surface contamination and on the strength and failure form of single lap joints glued with various adhesives.
