用甘蔗近缘植物河八王、五节芒、滇蔗茅与甘蔗栽培品种进行属间有性杂交,结果都获得了杂种实生苗,没有出现完全不可交配性。大多数杂种F1无性系分蘖多,生长旺盛,耐旱性、抗病性、抗虫性和宿根性强;茎硬度大,空心或蒲心,汁少;主要性状如茎径、锤度介于双亲之间,而株高、节间长度则表现超亲现象。茎、节间、芽、叶的形状和叶鞘57号毛群等性状可作为识别杂种的形态标记。杂种F1无性系酶谱表型复杂,除包含来自双亲部分同源酶带外,还产生1~5条新酶带,酶谱表型有双亲酶带互补偏母本型和杂种型两种模式。
Interspecific hybridization between sugarcane cultivars HeBaWang, WuMiMang, DianChan and sugarcane cultivars was carried out. All of the results showed that hybrid seedlings did not appear completely incapable of mating. Most hybrid F1 clones had many tillers, strong growth, strong drought resistance, disease resistance, insect resistance and perenniality. The stems were hard, hollow or pocketed with less juice. Stems, internodes, buds, leaf shape and leaf sheath sheath No. 57 traits and other traits can be used to identify hybrid morphological markers. The phenotype of hybrid F1 clones is complex, except that it contains 1 to 5 new bands in addition to the homologous bands from the parents. The phenotypic phenotypes of the F1 hybrids are biparental and heterotic .
