本文研究了超细粉透射电子显微镜(TEM)试样的几种不同制备方法及它们对粉末分散效果的影响,提出冷冻干燥粉末分散新方法,并将其应用于粉末试样的分散中。用这种方法,可在透射电镜下观察到分散效果良好的超细颗粒形貌。
In this paper, several different preparation methods of the ultrafine powder transmission electron microscopy (TEM) samples and their influence on the powder dispersion effect were studied. A new method of freeze-dried powder dispersion was proposed and applied to the dispersion of powder samples. In this way, ultrafine particles with good dispersion can be observed under transmission electron microscope.
