探讨上颌后区的解剖为临床上颌截骨提供依据。方法 选择30具干燥成人头颅标本,通过直接测量及计算机数字化仪进行分析。结果翼上颌联合骨性融合占10%;翼上颌联合的高度、翼上颌联合下点至上颌结节最下点的高度分别为13.15 mm和5.25 mm;翼上颌联合上点至上颌结节下点的高度平均为18.05 mm;颧牙槽嵴至翼上颌联合的距离平均为25.47 mm;翼突的宽度平均为12.34 mm;梨状孔边缘至翼腭管的距离平均为35.25 mm;前后鼻棘的距离为46.27 mm;翼腭管从后向前下与腭平面的角度为58°47’。结论 本研究结果可为临床医师进行上颌后部截骨术提供观测资料,并对避免损伤腭降动脉等结构具有指导意义。
To investigate the anatomy of the maxillary posterior region to provide the basis for clinical maxillary osteotomy. Methods Thirty adult skull specimens were selected and analyzed by direct measurement and computerized digitizer. Results The maxillary and maxillary nodal fusion accounted for 10%. The height of maxillary and maxillary joint was 13.15 mm and 5.25 mm, respectively. The average height of the nodal point was 18.05 mm. The average distance between the zygomatic ridge and the maxillary wing was 25.47 mm. The width of the wing was 12.34 mm. The average distance was 35.25 mm; the distance between the anterior and posterior nasal spines was 46.27 mm; the angle of the sphenopalatine canal from posterior to anterior to the palatal plane was 58 ° 47 ’. Conclusion The results of this study provide clinicians with data for the maxillary posterior osteotomy and are instructive in avoiding damage to palatal arteries.
