If an enterprise wants to do a good job in performance management and achieve an essential leap from performance to actual effect, it must first break through the six major mistakes. In a performance management training class, I asked the participants to enumerate the problems encountered in performance management. In the end, even though dozens of problems were collected, and faced with a wide range of issues, I could not help thinking about why companies would encounter performance management. There are so many problems, where are the root causes of the problems and where should they start to solve these problems? Through exchanges with students, I discovered that the problem lies first.
