[目的]了解全球基金艾滋病(AIDS)项目县镇安县医务人员对艾滋病相关知识知晓情况,掌握医务人员对艾滋病健康教育的需求,为进一步开展健康教育提供依据。[方法]对镇安县所有医务人员进行AIDS知识和态度问卷调查。[结果]医务人员对艾滋病传播途径知识掌握较好;非传播途径的正确回答率低于传播途径。医务人员对艾滋病患者和感染者的态度比较消极,部分存在恐惧和歧视心理。[结论]医务人员作为特殊的群体,进行艾滋病健康教育特别是综合宣传教育刻不容缓。
[Objective] To understand the AIDS-related knowledge of medical staff in Zhen County, a project funded by the Global Fund AIDS Project, and to understand the medical staff’s demand for AIDS health education, so as to provide the basis for further health education. [Methods] A questionnaire survey on AIDS knowledge and attitude among all medical staff in Zhen’an County was conducted. [Results] Medical staff had a good knowledge of AIDS transmission route and the correct response rate of non-transmission route was lower than that of transmission route. Medical staff have a more negative attitude towards people living with HIV / AIDS and some have fear and discrimination psychology. [Conclusion] As a special group of medical staff, it is urgent to carry out AIDS health education, especially comprehensive publicity and education.
