火烧山油田属于老开发区块,近两年所钻的开发井地理位置靠构造边缘山前地带,地层倾角变化大,特别是三开二叠系平地泉组地层为典型的背斜构造,背斜西翼地层倾角10°左右,背斜东翼地层倾角20-30°左右,井斜难于控制,井身质量难以保障。该井区钻井三开井段采用常规的单钟摆钻具组合由于钻井参数的和井身质量新标准的限制,多采用降低钻压吊打来控制井斜,极大的影响了三开的机速和钻井工期。为提高机速和缩短钻井周期在后续的钻井施工中采用双稳定器预弯曲钻具组合来进行防斜打快,取得了极好的效果。
