素质教育和初中数学新课标教学理念都要求要以提高学生的综合素质能力为前提进行教学。在实际教育教学中,很多学生由于智力、学习方法、情感态度、家庭原因等综合因素数学学习成绩不是很好,从整个班级来看,学生的学习情况也参差不齐。针对这种现象,初中数学教师必须提高重视意识,改变传统教学方式,从实际情况出发,进行分层次教学。 Quality education and junior high school mathematics teaching of the new curriculum standards require that students should improve the overall quality of teaching as the premise. In the actual education and teaching, many students are not very good in mathematics achievement due to comprehensive factors such as intelligence, learning methods, emotional attitude and family reasons. From the perspective of the whole class, students’ learning situation is uneven. In response to this phenomenon, junior high school mathematics teachers must increase their awareness of the importance of changing the traditional teaching methods, starting from the actual situation, the level of teaching.
