亲溶酶体剂——十二烷基吗啡啉(N-dodecyl morpholine,NDM)体外对小鼠白血病L_(7811)细胞系细胞有明显的杀灭作用,其100%杀死10~6个/mlL_(7811)细胞浓度为15mg/ml。用此浓度NDM处理含5%L_(7811)细胞的615小鼠骨髓细胞后回输给615小鼠,对照组存活天数为16.3±1.78d,溶剂组为15.8士2.32d,而NDM处理组可长期存活(>40d)。615小鼠在接受致死剂量(800rad)照射后输注经NDM处理的含5%L_(7811)细胞的615小鼠骨髓细胞,小鼠不死于白血病而死于放射病,当输注细胞数加倍时,小鼠存活期从8.75土1.13d延长到10.68±0.99d(P<0.01)。
