通过采用振动法确定水泥稳定碎石配合比,采用相应压实度作为厚层水泥稳定碎石基层质量控制标准,提出了基于超重振动压路机厚层水泥稳定碎石基层压实技术参数及碾压设备组合。工程实践表明以振动法确定水泥稳定碎石压实度作为控制指标适用于厚层水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层压实,该技术为西藏林芝高原地区厚层水泥稳定碎石施工提供了较好解决方案,不仅提高了水泥稳定碎石基层的板体性,极大缓解了收缩裂缝,而且节省了施工费用,具有较好经济社会效益。
By using vibrating method to determine the mix proportion of cement stabilized macadam and using the corresponding compaction as the quality control standard of thick cement stabilized macadam, the paper put forward the compaction technical parameters of thick cement stabilized macadam based on overweight vibratory roller and compaction equipment combination. The engineering practice shows that the compaction degree of cement stabilized macadam is determined as the control index by vibration method and is suitable for the compaction of semi-rigid base layer of thick cement stabilized macadam. This technology provides a better solution for the construction of thick-grained cement stabilized macadam in Linzhi Plateau, Program, not only improve the stability of the cement stabilized gravel grass-roots, greatly reducing the shrinkage cracks, but also save construction costs, with good economic and social benefits.
