采用小鼠耐寒实验、耐化学缺氧实验和小鼠游泳实验法,以存活时间为指标,观察了红花对小鼠抗应激能力的影响。结果红花可显著延长小鼠在游泳、低温及缺氧条件下的存活时间,表明红花有增强机体抗应激能力的作用,即“适应原”样作用。
The effects of safflower on the anti-stress ability of mice were observed using mouse cold tolerance test, chemical resistance hypoxia test and mouse swimming test. Results Safflower significantly prolonged the survival time of mice under swimming, hypothermic and hypoxic conditions, indicating that safflower has the effect of strengthening the body’s anti-stress ability, ie, “adapting to the original”.
