91例初治浸润型肺结核(有空洞)随机分为实验组46例,对照组45例,均用2HRZS/4HR化疗方案。实验组加低能量He-Ne激光局部及双肺俞穴位照射治疗3个疗程。实验组治疗2、3个月空洞闭合分别为58.3%、70.8%,对照组分别为35.4%、47.9%,二者均有里著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组痰菌阴转、肺部病灶吸收、临床症状改善均高于对照组。结果表明:低能量He-Ne激光局部加肿俞穴位照射可加速肺结核空洞的闭合及临床症状的改善。
Ninety-one infants with initially infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis (empty) were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 46) and control group (n = 45), both of which were treated with 2HRZS / 4HR chemotherapy. Experimental group plus low-energy He-Ne laser local and double Feishu points irradiation for 3 courses. The emptying of the experimental group was 58.3% and 70.8% at 2 and 3 months respectively, with 35.4% and 47.9% in the control group, respectively (both P <0.05). Experimental group sputum negative conversion, absorption of lung lesions, clinical symptoms were higher than the control group. The results showed that the local injection of low-energy He-Ne laser plus Yu points accelerated the closure of pulmonary tuberculosis and the improvement of clinical symptoms.
