到1992年底,全国个体私营经济的从业人员已达2699.5万人,比1991年增长11.09%。这是一个十分可喜的成绩,充分说明自邓小平同志南巡重要谈话发表后,各地各级领导的思想进一步得到解放,政策进一步得到落实。但要在现有成绩的基础上,进一步加快个体私营经济的发展,仍有如下几个问题亟待解决。
By the end of 1992, the number of employed individuals in the private and private economy in the country had reached 26,995,000, an increase of 11.09% over 1991. This is a very gratifying achievement, fully demonstrating the further liberation of the thinking of leaders at all levels since the publication of the important speech by Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour and the further implementation of the policy. However, on the basis of the existing achievements, there are still some problems to be solved urgently in further accelerating the development of the private economy.
