本文报道以人皮肤表皮细胞体外培养的方法,研究中药黄芪抗人体皮肤表皮细胞衰老的效应,发现黄芪提取物能促进体外培养人表皮细胞的分裂能力,并可显著延长表皮细胞的寿命。此外,本文还以人表皮细胞悬液和人红细胞膜为材料,检测其经γ-射线辐射后,丙二醛和脂褐素含量的变化,发现黄芪提取物具有明显抑制因辐射引起的脂质过氧化和脂褐素含量增加的作用。从而首次证明黄芪对人皮肤表皮细胞具有明显的抗衰老作用。
In this paper, we report that human skin epidermal cells were cultured in vitro to study the effect of Astragalus membranaceus on the senescence of human skin epidermal cells. It was found that Astragalus extract can promote the ability of human epidermal cells to divide in vitro and significantly prolong the lifespan of epidermal cells. In addition, the human epidermal cell suspension and human erythrocyte membrane were used as materials to detect the changes in malondialdehyde and lipofuscin content after γ-irradiation. It was found that the extract of Radix Astragali has significant inhibition of radiation-induced lipids. The effect of increased peroxide and lipofuscin levels. Thus, it was demonstrated for the first time that Astragalus has significant anti-aging effects on human skin epidermal cells.
