文章使用扎根理论的方法,结合质性分析软件Nvivo,对数字移民搜寻健康信息的搜寻动机类型、动机强度、动机强度影响因素、感知障碍类型和感知障碍产生原因进行了研究。研究发现,功能性动机是数字移民健康信息搜寻的主要动机,他们在健康信息搜寻过程中表现出强烈的搜寻意愿,并面临着一定的技术性或非技术性的困难。在研究发现的基础上,论文对健康服务类网站的建设和相关部门的政策制定提出了建议。
Using grounded theory and qualitative analysis software Nvivo, the paper investigates the search motivation type, motivation intensity, influential factors of motivation intensity, types of cognitive impairment and causes of cognitive impairment in digital immigration search health information. The study found that functional motivation is the main motivation for health information search of digital immigrants. They showed a strong search intention in the health information search process and faced some technical or non-technical difficulties. Based on the findings, the dissertation puts forward suggestions on the construction of health service website and the policy formulation of related departments.
