目的了解云龙区托幼机构儿童的营养状况,给托幼机构的卫生保健工作提出的建议。方法对本区2008年7所公办,36所民办托幼机构7008名3～6岁集体儿童定期健康体检资料进行分析。结果我区托幼机构儿童体质量达标率60.15%,身高达标率62.50%,营养不良患病率1.98%,单纯性肥胖症发生率5.88%,贫血患病率4.72%,随着年龄的增长体质量达标率逐渐增加,贫血、营养不良患病率逐渐降低,单纯性肥胖症患病率逐渐增加,差异有统计学意义。公办幼儿园与民办幼儿园儿童各指标比较差异有统计学意义。结论云龙区托幼机构儿童健康状况良好,今后要加强对低年龄组儿童的保健。对儿童健康的威胁并非营养不足的问题而是营养过剩的肥胖问题,今后工作的重点是肥胖儿童的群体干预。公办园儿童营养状况较民办园好,应重点加强民办园的卫生保健管理。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of children in kindergartens and nurses in Yunlong district and give suggestions on the health care work in kindergartens and nurses. Methods The data of regular health examination of 7,008 children aged 3 ~ 6 years in 7 public-run and 36 privately-run nurseries in this area were analyzed. Results In our district, the children’s body mass compliance rate was 60.15%, the height compliance rate was 62.50%, the malnutrition prevalence was 1.98%, the incidence of simple obesity was 5.88%, and the prevalence of anemia was 4.72%. With the increase of age Quality compliance rate gradually increased, anemia, malnutrition prevalence decreased gradually, the prevalence of simple obesity gradually increased, the difference was statistically significant. Public kindergartens and private kindergarten children each index difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Children in kindergartens and nurseries in Yunlong District are in a good state of health. In the future, the health care for children in the lower age group should be strengthened. The threat to children’s health is not the problem of undernutrition but the issue of obesity with overnutrition. The focus of future work will be on group intervention of obese children. The public garden children’s nutritional status is better than the private garden, should focus on strengthening the private garden health care management.
