目的基于血清药化的研究,评价高良姜四种不同提取工艺所得物(常规粉末、超微粉、乙醇提取物、水提取物)的血中移行情况。方法以血清色谱指纹图谱为指导,采用高效液相色谱法,分析高良姜的血中移行成分。结果不同工艺下高良姜提取物的入血种类有差异,高良姜超微粉工艺下其峰面积最大,其次是高良姜水提物,高良姜醇提物及高良姜粉末。结论高良姜超微粉工艺更有利于动物对高良姜药材中入血成分的吸收。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the blood translocation in four different extracts of galangal (conventional powder, superfine powder, ethanol extract and water extract) based on the study of serum drug. Methods Serum chromatographic fingerprints as a guide, using high performance liquid chromatography, galangal analysis of the blood components. Results The different types of Algae Ginger extracts had different bloodstream types. The highest peak area was obtained under the superfine powder of galangal, followed by galangal water extract, Alpinia officinarum alcohol extract and galangal powder. Conclusion The galangal superfine powder technology is more conducive to animal absorption of galangal herbs into the blood components.
