本实验目的在于应用扫描电镜观察煤矽肺早期病理形态改变,以期为阐明实验性煤矽肺发生,发展规律和探讨其发病机理。材料与方法:选用中国预防医学科学院饲养的Wistar 种雄性大鼠、分煤矽混尘组、石英粉尘组和正常组。非暴露式气管注入染尘,煤石英混尘组注入按8:2配制的混尘悬液25mg/lml/只;石英组注入石英尘25mg/lml/只;正常组注入0.9%生
The purpose of this experiment is to observe the early pathological changes of coal silicosis by SEM, in order to clarify the occurrence and development of experimental coal silicosis and explore its pathogenesis.
