企业做好劳动人事和社会保障工作是现代企业的重要工作之一,它不仅关系到社会全体工作人员的福利保障、也关系到整个社会经济正常发展、繁荣稳定。在现在这个高度追求效率的时代,企业劳动人事管理显得至关重要,合理的人事资源分配不仅可以让企业高效的运行,还可以让企业实现在激烈的竞争中低成本的运行,从而让企业存活下来。与此同时,劳动与社会保障制度的产生,是社会生产力和工业发展到一定阶段的产物,也是国家为了维护社会稳定、保护社会工作人员基本权利,通过国家立法、法律的强制力来实行的一种法律制度。但企业在做好劳动人事和社会保障工作实践方面存在着不同的问题,不断探索和解决所出现的问题是国家和企业一直关注并进行的工作,做好这一工作能够更好的推进经济发展,社会稳定。
