古往今来,教师角色都是教育界热衷的研究命题。本文综述了国内外对于教师角色,以及外语/二语教师角色的相关研究,并且指出了其不足,即1)缺乏深入探寻教师角色行为及其背后复杂的深层原因的质的研究;2)缺乏包含教师、学生和研究者视角在内的多视角研究;3)缺乏对实现角色扮演的具体途径等领域的研究。这也为未来的英语教师角色研究提供了方向。
Throughout the ages, the role of teachers are all enthusiastic research propositions in education. This article summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on the role of teachers and the roles of foreign language teachers and second language teachers, and points out its shortcomings, namely, 1) the lack of qualitative research on the in-depth exploration of teacher role behaviors and the underlying underlying causes; 2) the lack of Multi-angle research including the perspective of teachers, students and researchers; and 3) the lack of research on specific ways to achieve role play. This also provides the direction for the future study of the role of English teachers.
