本文回顾总结了多年来上海市取水许可管理的探索、实践和成效。按照最严格水资源管理的要求,分析了问题,提出了措施,以严格的取水许可管理,促进上海生态安全型城市的建设。
This article reviews and summarizes the exploration, practice and effectiveness of water intake licensing management in Shanghai over the years. According to the requirements of the most stringent water resources management, the paper analyzes the problems and puts forward measures to promote the construction of Shanghai eco-safety-oriented cities with strict license management of water abstraction.
