白纹伊蚊是登革热传播的重要媒介。义乌市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂抗性如何,一直未有报道。为此,我们于2012年在义乌市东南西北中5个方位不同环境采集白纹伊蚊自然品系,观察其对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性,这对义乌市今后预防控制登革热的发生和流行,筛选敏感的药物杀灭蚊虫,具有现实意义,现将结果报道如下。
Aedes albopictus is an important medium for dengue transmission. Yiwu Aedes albopictus commonly used pesticides resistance has not been reported. To this end, we collected natural Aedes albopictus strains at 5 different locations in northwestern, northeastern, and southwestern Yiwu in 2012 and observed their resistance to 5 commonly used insecticides. This is of great significance to the future prevention and control of dengue fever in Yiwu City. Pop, screening sensitive drugs to kill mosquitoes, of practical significance, the results are reported below.
