一、青年图书情报工作者职业道德修养现状 当前青年图书情报工作者职业道德的主流是好的,对于这一点应加以充分的肯定,但还不能说当前 已达到很高的水准。某高校馆对全馆人员进行了一次职业道德修养方面的测评活动,测评标准包括思想稳定性、事业心、责任心、主动性、认真性、纪律性、履行职责情况、工作差错、串岗情况及服务精神等多项指标结果发现,在被评为甲等的18人当中,30岁以下的仅有1人,而中、老年馆员则分别为13人和4人,这结果大体上反映出与中老年馆员相比,青年馆员在职业道德修养方面还有很多不够成熟的地方,尤其在思想稳定性、事业心、纪律性和服务精神等方面差距更为 明显。通过这种纵向比较、我们应清楚的看到,存在的问题依然是严峻的,有些问题甚至将在一定程度上阻碍图书情报事业的发展
