采用~(99m)Tc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)示踪剂测定槲皮素磷酸酯钾(PQP)对小鼠心肌营养性血流的影响。实验表明ip PQP 200mg/kg可使小鼠每克心肌~(99m)Tc-MIBI的摄取能力与对照组相比增加55.36%,这一结果表明PQP有增加心肌营养性血流的作用,同时也表明可以用~(99m)Tc-MIBI替代~(36)Rb测定心肌营养性血流。
The effect of quercetin potassium phosphate (PQP) on cardiac nourishing blood flow in mice was determined by ~ (99m) Tc-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) tracer.
