灌区灌溉用水量的计算,过去多是采用水量平衡方法,即根据土壤水分平衡原理,计算出作物需水量,进而推算出高产条件下的灌溉制度,然后根据作物组成和灌溉面积计算出总用水量。这种计算方法没有考虑经济问题。本文利用农业生产投入与产出的关系,用极值法确定合理节水用水的灌溉定额,由此计算出产值最大时的灌溉用水量,即经济效益最大时的灌溉用水量。
In the past, the calculation of irrigation water use mostly adopts the method of water balance, that is, calculate the crop water demand according to the principle of soil moisture balance, and then calculate the irrigation system under high yield conditions, and then calculate the total water consumption according to crop composition and irrigated area . This calculation does not take economic problems into account. In this paper, the relationship between input and output of agricultural production is used to determine the irrigation quota of rational water-saving water using the extremum method. From this, the irrigation water consumption when the output value is the maximum is calculated, that is, the irrigation water consumption when the economic benefit is maximum.
