关于集聚外部性对创新绩效的影响性质,学者们的观点存在分歧。现有研究主要集中在专业化产业集聚和相关多样化产业集聚两个方面,而产业是否倾向于空间集聚以及集聚外部性对创新绩效的影响性质,会因行业的技术异质性而呈现较大差异。产业集聚产生的外部技术知识溢出机制的相互匹配性对高技术产业创新发展的促进作用仍亟待研究。本文利用2006—2013年省际面板数据,以电子产业和仪器仪表业两个典型高技术产业为对象分析发现,集聚外部性中的专业化外部性对高技术产业创新绩效有显著的正面影响,而对垂直相关多样性有显著的负面影响。高技术产业的行业技术体系不同,企业规模在专业化外部性和垂直相关多样性影响产业创新绩效中的调节效应呈现显著差异。电子产业中,企业规模的调节效应对于垂直相关多样性更敏感,而仪器仪表业中,企业规模的调节效应对专业化外部性更敏感。本文在行业技术异质性的行业分类基础上,分析企业规模调节集聚外部性对产业创新绩效的影响,有助于深化集聚外部性对创新绩效影响的理论研究,而且可以为转型经济背景下中国各地区通过修正或完善产业集聚发展策略来促进高技术产业创新发展提供参考借鉴。
On the nature of the impact of agglomeration externality on innovation performance, there are disagreements among scholars. The existing researches mainly focus on two aspects of specialized industrial agglomeration and related diversified industrial agglomeration. Whether industry tends to spatial agglomeration and agglomeration externality has an impact on innovation performance will be larger due to the technical heterogeneity of the industry difference. The matching effect of external technological knowledge spillover mechanism caused by industrial agglomeration still plays an important role in promoting the innovation and development of high-tech industry. Based on the panel data of provinces from 2006 to 2013 and the analysis of two typical high-tech industries in the electronics industry and instrumentation industry, this dissertation finds that the specialized externality in the externality has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of high-tech industries, While there is a significant negative impact on vertical correlation diversity. The technological system of high-tech industry is different, and the adjustment effect of the scale of enterprises in the industrial innovation performance with the difference of professional externality and vertical correlation diversity shows significant differences. In the electronics industry, the regulatory effect of firm size is more sensitive to vertically correlated diversity, while in the instrumentation industry, the firm-scale conditioning effect is more sensitive to specialized externality. On the basis of the industrial classification of industrial technology heterogeneity, this paper analyzes the influence of agglomeration extrinsic agglomeration adjustment on industrial innovation performance, helps to deepen the theoretical study of the influence of agglomeration externality on innovation performance, All regions can provide reference for the innovation and development of high-tech industries by amending or improving their industrial agglomeration development strategies.
