目的：探讨辛伐他汀联合血脂康治疗颈动脉斑块的临床效果。方法：收治颈动脉斑块患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用辛伐他汀治疗，观察组采用辛伐他汀联合血脂康治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)，两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论：辛伐他汀联合血脂康治疗颈动脉斑块的临床效果显著。“,”Objective:To explore the clinical effect of simvastatin combined with Xue Zhi Kang in the treatment of carotid artery plaque.Methods:100 patients with carotid artery plaque were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with simvastatin.The observation group was treated with simvastatin combined with Xue Zhi Kang.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion:The clinical effect of simvastatin combined with Xue Zhi Kang in the treatment of carotid artery plaque was significant.
