在竞争日益激烈的现代社会,小学生身上的压力也日益增加。因为压力得不到适时的舒缓,很多小学生就只看到困难,看不到希望,所以选择轻生的小学生也越来越多。帮助小学生拥有一颗乐观的心,遇到挫折的时候不气馁、不放弃,勇敢地面对人生,就成了教师们不得不面对的一个新课题。教师在班级管理中营造乐观的班级气氛,在学生成功的时候给予表扬,在失败的时候予以关注,并能以身作则,给学生树立好的榜样,对培养小学生乐观的积极人格都有很大的帮助。
