Fas死亡结构域相关蛋白(Fas death domain-associated protein)DAXX是一种高度保守的核蛋白,广泛分布于核质、核仁、胞浆、异染色质和早幼粒细胞白血病蛋白核体(PML-NBs)等亚细胞区域,在细胞凋亡和转录调控中发挥重要作用。DAXX功能的调控涉及一系列的翻译后修饰,包括泛素化修饰、类泛素样蛋白修饰、磷酸化修饰,通过修饰,可引起DAXX在各亚细胞区域间的转位,也可引起DAXX参与的生理功能的改变。本文对DAXX此方面的研究进展做一综述。
