通过对14例糖尿病人无胆系疾病的胆囊及25例正常对照组胆囊脂餐前后容积及排空率观察,发现前者胆囊收缩功能减低,与对照组有显著差异。胆囊收缩功能减低,是糖尿病人易患胆囊炎、结石的重要因素之一。故增强胆囊收缩功能,是防治糖尿病人胆囊疾患的重要条件。
Through the 14 cases of diabetic patients without gallbladder disease and 25 cases of normal control group gallbladder fat before and after meal volume and emptying observed and found that the former reduced gallbladder contractility, and the control group were significantly different. Gallbladder reduced systolic function, diabetes is susceptible to cholecystitis, one of the important stones. Therefore, enhance the gallbladder contraction function, prevention and treatment of gallbladder disorders in diabetic important conditions.
