坚持以人为本是马克思主义的本质要求,中国共产党人的奋斗历程,也体现了马克思主义“以人为本”的精神。党的十七大提出的“加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导”中,“注重人文关怀”与十六届三中全会提出的“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续发展的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”是一脉相承的。企业作为为社会的一个重要组成部分,他必然要遵循马克思主义关于“人的全面发展”的思想理论,因此,在构建和谐企业的过程中,必须把“以人为本”这个根本要求贯穿并融入到企业的生产经营和改革发展过程中,从而达到促进企业与员工两者和谐发展的最高境界。
