截至去年年底,中国国内企业的并购总金额已经达到1200多亿元,目前中国国内企业并购呈加速状态,中国并购的高潮正在酝酿。未来进行并购活动的买方和卖方都将呈现“爆炸性的增长”。 那么,我国的并购有什么特点?又将如何发展?最近,本刊专访复旦大学博士生导师胡爱本教授,他在企业战略管理和人力资源管理方面有很深的造诣。
As of the end of last year, the total amount of mergers and acquisitions by domestic companies in China has reached more than 1,200 billion yuan.
