苏东坡那一碗清补凉……古人认为,海南是天的尽头,于是在海边那一块石头上刻下了四个字:天涯海角。当年海南的生活条件相当艰苦,是被弃置官员流放的首选之地。最有名的要数宋朝的苏东坡。因此,去海口出差前,做了一些苏东坡在海南的逸闻趣事的功课。其中一段关于“清补凉”的记载给人印象极为深刻:“公元1097年,北宋著名文学家苏东坡流放海南期间,品尝过当地百姓制作的椰奶清补凉后极为称叹,当场盛赞:‘椰树之上采琼浆,捧来一碗白玉香。’此后,苏东坡在琼期间每日必食一碗,堪称东坡最爱。”飞机在云端穿行时,东坡最爱的那碗“白玉香”一直萦绕在我心头,心想3小时落地之时,要先去尝尝这清补
