苏府规字[2010]6号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区、太仓港口管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:《关于促进加工贸易转型升级的指导意见》已经市政府第35次常务会议讨论通过。现予印发,请认真贯彻执行。二○一○年二月二十六日关于促进加工贸易转型升级的指导意见为深入贯彻科学发展观,认真落实市委十届十一次会议精神,加快推动开放型经济转型升级,激励加工贸易企业加快转变发展方式,进一步提升加工贸易发展水平,现就促进我市加工贸易转型升级提出如下意见:一、指导思想和工作目标(一)指导思想。以科学发展观为指导,紧紧围绕建设“三区三城”总体目标,坚持“市场主导,企业主体,政府推动”
