烧结矿生产中有一半以上的能耗以废气形式排弃。宝钢1号烧结机采取回牧环冷机部分热废气送至点火和保温的措施,自烧结机投产以来,已取得节约焦炉煤气2Nm~3/t-s的效果。本文介绍了该余热回收装置的主要设计特点,如:延长使用寿命的对策,点火炉和保温炉的合理结构,风温、风量的调节手段等。采用废气助燃有利于改善烧结矿的质量。通过计算分析表明,这套回收装置尚有相当大的潜力,应在今后逐步加以改进和提高。
More than half of the energy consumed in sinter production is rejected as waste gas. Baosteel No. 1 sintering machine takes the part of the hot waste gas from the pasturing ring cooler to the ignition and insulation measures. Since the sintering machine was put into operation, the effect of saving 2Nm ~ 3 / t-s of coke oven gas has been achieved. This article describes the main design features of the waste heat recovery unit, such as: measures to extend the service life, reasonable structure of the furnace and holding furnace, air temperature, air volume adjustment means. Combustion of exhaust gas helps to improve the quality of sinter. The calculation and analysis show that this recovery unit has considerable potential and should be gradually improved and upgraded in the future.
