试验研究在不同土壤类型上以及在不同苗龄时期接种VA菌根真菌,结果得出:VA菌根真菌与烟草能建立很好的共生关系,在烟苗大十字期接种能达到较好的浸染效果。VA菌根真菌的侵染率在红壤上高于河砂,灭菌处理高于不灭菌处理。较为明显的是,VA菌根真菌、烟株以及土壤之间存在着最佳组合关系,以G.M菌种在红壤上接种为优。
In the experiment, VA mycorrhizal fungi were inoculated on different soil types and at different seedling age stages. The results showed that VA mycorrhizal fungi could establish a good symbiotic relationship with tobacco and could achieve better dissemination effect. The infection rate of VA mycorrhizal fungi was higher than that of river sand in red soil, and the sterilization rate was higher than that of non-sterile treatment. More obvious is that VA mycorrhizal fungi, tobacco plants and soil there is the best combination between the relationship to G. M strains of red inoculation is excellent.
