心输出量的测定,对了解循环功能有重要参考意义。非创伤性心阻抗图,目前已广泛用于临床。实验研究及临床观察均证实,该法能较可靠地反映心输出量变化。导纳与阻抗均为一物理量,且两者互为倒数关系。因此,心输出量既然可用阻抗来计算,那么也同样可用导纳来计算。Ito 等通过相关研究,表明导纳法测定心输出量几乎与阻抗法测得值完全一致。由于导纳法不需要计算基础导纳y,从而使计算简单,结果也更可靠。恒压式导纳图仪有一恒压自动调节系统,较恒流式阻抗图仪的抗干扰能力强,仪器工作稳定,描记图形重复性好。故导纳图已渐受到临床工作者的重视。
Determination of cardiac output, an important reference for understanding the function of circulation. Non traumatic cardiac impedance map, has been widely used in clinical. Experimental studies and clinical observations have confirmed that the method can more reliably reflect changes in cardiac output. Admittance and impedance are a physical quantity, and the reciprocal relationship between the two. Therefore, the cardiac output since the available impedance to calculate, then also use the admittance to calculate. Ito and other related studies have shown that the admittance method for the determination of cardiac output almost completely measured by the impedance method. Since the admittance method does not need to calculate the basic admittance y, so that the calculation is simple, the result is more reliable.
