当前的科学技术正迅猛发展,信息化的进程也进一步的加快,在医院的档案管理过程中,计算机技术的应用对其实际的管理效率得到了提升。医院档案管理已经从以往单一文档向着多门类档案管理的方向进行转变,所以处在当前的发展背景下,加强医院档案计算机管理就显得格外重要。基于此,本文主要就医院档案管理的现状及计算机管理的作用进行阐述,并就医院档案计算机管理中的问题及优化策略加以详细探究,希望通过此次理论研究对实际操作起到一定指导作用。
The current science and technology are rapidly developing, and the process of informationization is further accelerated. In the process of hospital file management, the actual management efficiency of computer technology has been improved. Hospital archives management has been transformed from single document to multiple archives management in the past, so under the current development background, strengthening the management of hospital archives is especially important. Based on this, this paper mainly expounds the current situation of hospital file management and the role of computer management, and probes into the problems and optimization strategies of hospital file computer management in detail. It is hoped that this theoretical study will play a guiding role in practical operation.
