目的:分析2017—2019年辽宁省手足口病病原构成情况,并对鉴定为柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CVA16)的毒株进行VP1基因特征分析,以掌握本地区CVA16的分子流行病学特征。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR法对收集的标本进行肠道病毒通用基因和分型基因检测,对鉴定为CVA16型病毒进行VP1基因测序并分析。结果:2017—2019年共有8 152份实验室确诊病例标本,其中EV71阳性1 212份,占全部实验室确诊病例的14.87%;CVA16阳性1 746份,占21.42%;其它肠道病毒5 194份,占63.71%。31株CVA16型病毒中,1株是B1a亚型,其余30株均为B1b亚型。结论:CVA16是引起辽宁省手足口病的重要病原体,属于B1基因型,存在B1a和B1b两种基因亚型共循环现象。“,”Objective:To reveal the pathogenic constitution of hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) and to analyze the genetic characteristics of virus stains identified as coxsackievirus A16 (CVA16) in Liaoning province from 2017 to 2019, so as to understand the local molecular epidemiological characteristics of CVA16.Methods:The specimens collected were analyzed for universal and type-specific genes of enterovirus (EV) by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The VP1 genes were sequenced for the strains identified as CVA16.Results:There were 8 152 laboratory confirmed samples, including 1 212 EV71 positive cases, accounting for 14.87% of all laboratory confirmed cases and 1 746 CVA16 positive cases, accounting for 21.42%. The smaples with other enterovirus positive were 5 194, accounting for 63.71%. For the 31 CVA16 strains, 1 strain was B1a sub-genotype while the other 30 belonged to B1b subgenotype.Conclusions:CVA16 was the important pathogen causing HFMD in Liaoning province, which belonged to B1 genotype. There existed co-circulation of B1a and B1b subgenotypes.
