目的采用D-最优设计响应面法,优选脑得生方提取工艺。方法以脑得生方提取工艺的关键参数乙醇浓度、乙醇用量和提取时间为自变量,进行D-最优设计;采用可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法,测定脑得生方中主要指标成分总皂苷、总黄酮和阿魏酸的含量,并以它们的加权含量为因变量,进行响应面分析,优选出脑得生方提取的最佳工艺。结果以10.81倍用量、浓度为80%的乙醇回流提取45 min,作为提取的最佳工艺。结论利用D-最优设计响应面法能够优选脑得生方提取工艺参数,提高了有效成分的提取效率,有助于脑得生方的质量标准研究。
Objective To use D-optimal design response surface method, preferably Naitong Fang extraction process. Conclusion Using D-optimal design response surface method can optimize the extraction process parameters of the brain, improve the extraction efficiency of active ingredients, and help to study the quality standards of the brain.
