采用Cs2 5H0 5PW12040/SiO2催化剂进行了叔戊烯与甲醇的醚化反应研究考察了催化剂制备方法和工艺条件对叔戊烯转化率的影响。研究结果表明,以硅胶为载体,在负载量40%、焙烧温度400℃条件下制备的Cs2 5H0 5PW12040/SiO2催化剂具有较高的催化活性。在反应温度为80℃、压力为1 0MPa、n(甲醇)/n(叔戊烯)比为1 1、LHSV为1h-1的条件下,叔戊烯的转化率为68 57%。
The etherification of tert-pentene and methanol with Cs2 5H0 5PW12040 / SiO2 catalyst was investigated. The influence of catalyst preparation conditions and process conditions on the conversion of t-amylene was investigated. The results show that Cs2 5H0 5PW12040 / SiO2 catalyst prepared on silica gel with a loading of 40% and a calcination temperature of 400 ℃ has high catalytic activity. The conversion of t-amylene was 68 57% at a reaction temperature of 80 ℃, a pressure of 10 MPa, a n (methanol) / n (tert-pentene) ratio of 1 1 and an LHSV of 1 h-1.
