目的:研究野葛叶片光合特性及其与环境因子的相互关系。方法:用英国产Ciras-Ⅱ型便携式光合测定系统,测定了野葛叶片的净光合速率日变化以及环境因子的日变化。结果:野葛叶片的表观光量子速率0.017 3μmol CO2.μmol-1photon,暗呼吸速率2.933 3μmol.m-2.s-1,光补偿点180μmol.m-2.s-1,光饱和点1 600μmol.m-2.s-1;羧化效率0.033 8μmol.m-2.s-1,光呼吸速率2.5μmol.m-2.s-1,CO2补偿点100μmol.mol-1,CO2饱和点1 600μmol.mol-1。结论:光量子通量密度、叶片CO2浓度和叶片温度是影响野葛光合速率的主要因素,气孔导度和蒸腾速率具有一定调节作用。
Objective: To study the photosynthetic characteristics of the leaves of Pueraria lobata and its relationship with environmental factors. Methods: Diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate and diurnal variation of environmental factors in leaves of Pueraria lobata L. were measured by Ciras-Ⅱ portable photosynthesis system. Results: The apparent photon quantum rate of 0.017 3μmol CO 2 · μmol-1photon, dark respiration rate 2.933 3μmol.m -2 · s -1, light compensation point 180μmol.m -2 · s -1, light saturation point 1 600μmol .m-2.s-1; carboxylation efficiency 0.033 8μmol.m-2.s-1, photorespiration rate 2.5μmol.m-2.s-1, CO2 compensation point 100μmol.mol- 600 μmol.mol-1. CONCLUSION: The photon flux density, leaf CO2 concentration and leaf temperature are the main factors affecting the photosynthetic rate of Pueraria lobata, and the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate have a certain regulatory effect.
