以金属离子螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）代替超声法使重组大肠杆菌菌体释放，并提取重组人超氧化物歧化酶包涵体，纯度为65％。采用透析法复性包涵体，经凝胶色谱纯化后，目的蛋白纯度约为90％，酶比活力为5400u／（mg蛋白）。
