节约能源,这已成为目前国内外日益关心的重要课题。在工业炉的节能技术方面,除了近几年来已取得显著效果的诸如废热利用、新型节能燃烧器以及采用新型的耐火绝热材料——耐火纤维等节能措施外,最近在日本等国又出现了一种新型的节能材料——节能涂料,并已作为商品推向市场。据称,在工业炉(包括加热炉、热处理炉、退火炉等)上应用这种节能涂料后可获得节约燃料2~24%,提高生产率约20~30%,延长炉衬寿命等效果。现将这种节能涂料的化学成份、特性、节能机理和节能效果、使用方法以及应用范围等概述如下。
