新型水性聚氨酯皮革黏合剂的制备及应用

以二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、葡萄糖(PG)分别作为亲水扩连剂和交联剂,制备了一种水性聚氨酯预聚体,再将不同量的羧基丁苯胶乳(CSBL)水乳液与去离子水混合均匀对其进行乳化,制得固含量高达(50±2)%的水性聚氨酯(WPU)皮革黏合剂。研究了CSBL用量对黏合剂的T-剥离强度和胶膜力学性能的影响。随着CSBL用量的增加,T-剥离强度逐渐增强,当CSBL用量从0%增加到33%时,皮革T-剥离强度增由43.7N/2.5cm上升至55.6N/2.5cm;胶膜的拉伸强度从27.6MPa增大至34.1MPa。 An aqueous polyurethane prepolymer was prepared using dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and glucose (PG) as the hydrophilic chain extenders and crosslinking agents respectively. Different amounts of carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex (CSBL) The emulsion is mixed with deionized water and emulsified to give a waterborne polyurethane (WPU) leather binder with a solids content of (50 ± 2)%. The effects of the amount of CSBL on the T-peel strength of the adhesive and the mechanical properties of the adhesive film were investigated. As the amount of CSBL increased, the T-peel strength gradually increased. As the amount of CSBL increased from 0% to 33%, the T-peel strength increased from 43.7N / 2.5cm to 55.6N / 2.5cm. Tensile strength increased from 27.6MPa to 34.1MPa.
