目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定止血敷料中肾上腺色腙的含量。方法:利用肾上腺色腙在354 nm处有最大吸收峰,测定止血敷料中的肾上腺色腙的含量。结果:在2~7μg·ml~(-1)的范围内,肾上腺色腙的吸光度与其浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为101.02%,RSD为1.96%。结论:本法操作简单,快速,可以作为止血敷料中肾上腺色腙含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of adrenochrome in the hemostatic dressing. Methods: The maximum absorption peak at 354 nm was determined by the method of adrenal hydrazone. The content of adrenochrome in the hemostatic dressing was determined. Results: In the range of 2 ~ 7μg · ml ~ (-1), there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 101.02% and the RSD was 1.96%. Conclusion: This method is simple and rapid, and can be used as a method for the determination of adrenal hydrazone in hemostatic dressing.
