传统工艺雕刻的主要原材料为木材和石质材料等,传统工艺技法精湛,雕刻方式众多。但是人工传统工艺雕刻也有一些劣势,不仅雕刻速度慢,而且工艺要求高,部分例如玉石一类的材料过于坚硬,雕刻费时费力,这对于雕刻师来讲难度较高。因此,雕刻师的培养需要较长的时间,部分雕刻师由于技能单一等问题难以应对现代雕刻市场的需求。在工艺雕刻的过程中使用精密仪器对材料进行测量,使用雕刻机床进行表面仿真处理,可以提高雕刻速度,保证雕刻的精确性。
The main raw materials for traditional carving are wood and stone materials, etc. The traditional techniques are exquisite, with many engraving ways. However, there are some disadvantages of artificial traditional craft engraving. Not only the engraving speed is slow, but also the technique requirements are high. Some materials such as jade are too hard and time-consuming to carve, which is more difficult for the engraver. Therefore, the carving teacher training takes a long time, some carvers due to the skills and other issues difficult to cope with the needs of the modern carving market. In the process of carving process using precision instruments to measure the material, the use of engraving machine surface simulation processing, can improve the engraving speed, to ensure the accuracy of carving.
